Troubled Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan was in for a surprise as her boyfriend Calum Best flew down from London when she celebrated her 21st birthday on Monday.
Best, a British reality TV star and a former model, has been supporting Lohan since her rehab stint began and called his girlfriend 'fantastic' in an interview to a magazine, contactmusic.com website reported.
Best, son the soccer legend George Best, started dating Lohan last year. He said: 'It's early days, but it's going real great. She's a fantastic girl.'
